Why this exists
SAA Alliance was founded on a problem its founder lived at national scale: institutional risk runs on Monte Carlo, and Monte Carlo is too slow, too costly, and too hard to reproduce for the decisions that matter most. After two decades inside Tier-1 treasury operations — including maintaining uninterrupted liquidity through wartime disruption — he formalised a deterministic method to remove that bottleneck, and published the work under his own name.
