Every change in the physical world — seismic activity, flood progression, structural degradation, climate regime shift — maps to the financial model in real time, and every financial decision (credit extension, insurance underwriting, portfolio rebalancing) feeds back into the physical twin for validation.
The platform’s Command Center provides a unified operational interface built on CesiumJS 3D globe visualization with real-time risk zone rendering, scenario selection, and multi-panel analytics. Eight strategic modules cover the full spectrum: CIP (Critical Infrastructure Protection), SCSS (Supply Chain Stress Simulation), SRO (Structural Risk Observatory), ASGI (AI-Scored Geospatial Intelligence), ERF (Extreme Risk Forecasting), BIOSEC (Biological Security), ASM (Attack Surface Management), CADAPT (Climate Adaptation). The Unified Stress Report synthesizes 280 risk factors across all modules into a single decision document.
Five autonomous AI agents orchestrate continuous monitoring: SENTINEL (threat detection and early warning), ANALYST (quantitative risk assessment), ADVISOR (mitigation strategy generation), REPORTER (automated report generation — PDF, HTML, LLM summaries), and SYSTEM OVERSEER (platform health, circuit breakers, auto-recovery). All agent outputs export to ARIN Platform for unified cross-domain verdict by the 22-agent council. Every assessment flows through a closed-loop architecture: Entity Memory → RAG Knowledge Corpus → Agent Assessment → Consensus → Outcome Feedback → Memory Save — the system accumulates intelligence with each analysis cycle.
