Pre-client institutional diligence-ready
Module 06 / 07 · Private production endpoint under NDA · ARIN council export · NVIDIA NIM multi-model routing
S2 · Institutional rating model
6 categories. 29 sub-factors. AA → D composite.
Proprietary weighted scoring across six risk dimensions. Each category aggregates 3 to 5 sub-factors into a composite institutional rating on a seven-tier scale from AA (top) to D (distressed). Weights sum to 100%.
Composite output · 7-tier institutional scale
AA → D — from investment-grade to distressed.
S3 · System overview
Multi-dimensional risk-assessment engine — institutional tier.
Crypto Analytics Portal is the institutional digital-asset module of the SAA Alliance Sovereign Risk Infrastructure. Unlike consumer-grade crypto trackers, the platform operates as a multi-dimensional risk-assessment engine designed for professional portfolio managers, institutional researchers, and compliance teams evaluating digital-asset exposure.
The system ingests live market data, enriches it with proprietary on-chain analytics, security-audit tracking, and regulatory-compliance mapping, then runs it through a 6-category scoring framework that produces a weighted institutional rating (AA → D scale). Every assessment is exportable to ARIN Platform for cross-domain unified-verdict generation by the 22-agent AI decision council. Specific data vendors and cache layers are operational detail.
AI inference is served by the NVIDIA NIM API with multi-model routing — deep-reasoning models for streaming executive summaries, lighter models for per-ticker sentiment extraction, and a higher-capacity fallback for complex narrative analysis. Reports are generated in institutional HTML / PDF format with multilingual support (EN / RU).

Six capability surfaces. One decision pipeline.
Multi-Metrics Engine
6-category analytical framework analysing every digital asset across Fundamentals, On-Chain, Market & Sentiment, Security, Regulatory, and ESG dimensions. Each metric is normalised, weighted, and aggregated into a composite score. Historical metric tracking enables trend analysis and drift detection across assessment periods.
AI Analytics Suite
Executive Summary — deep-reasoning model on NVIDIA NIM generates context-aware investment briefs with streaming output. Sentiment Analysis — lighter NIM-served model processes per-ticker sentiment from multiple sources. Trading Insight — AI-powered analysis layered onto the trading dashboard for actionable intelligence.
Trading Dashboard
Full TradingView widget integration with real-time price feeds via WebSocket. Exchange-flow analysis tracking institutional inflows / outflows. Whale-activity monitoring for large-holder position changes. Orderbook depth visualisation. Momentum indicators, DEX volume analytics, and Fear & Greed index overlay.
Decision Pipeline & ARIN Export
Structured decision pipeline: analyse → rate → decide → export. Send to ARIN — one-click export of the complete analysis to the ARIN 22-agent council for unified cross-domain verdict. Full audit trail with timestamp, analyst, data sources, and model version. Institutional compliance documentation.
Report Orchestrator
Generates institutional-grade HTML / PDF reports with embedded metrics, AI executive summary, rating breakdown, compliance status, and risk assessment. Multilingual support (EN / RU). Report Team collaboration with shared annotations. Alert subscriptions for rating changes and threshold breaches. Offline HTML download for regulatory archival.
Compliance & Visualisation
Interactive Compliance Map — global regulatory status by jurisdiction (US, EU MiCA, UK, APAC). Impact Graph Network — metric influence graph showing cross-category correlations and dependencies. Price charts with historical overlays. Economic-calendar integration for macro-event correlation.
S6 · Technology stack · frontend · backend · hexagonal domain · infrastructure
Clean architecture, vendor-agnostic.
Frontend
Modern React + TypeScript single-page application with utility-first styling, motion library for animations, and SPA routing. Interactive 3D surface for the Earth visualisation and a graph-rendering layer for the Impact Graph. Component library covers metric cards, compliance map, TradingView section, price-chart widget, AI summary, impact-graph network, report button, and report window.
Backend
Modern Go service layer with multi-layer caching for live market data and an ARIN client for cross-platform export. NVIDIA NIM API for inference with multi-model routing. Real-time WebSocket layer for prices. Rate limiting, CORS whitelist, and CSP policies. SPA static-asset serving with single-page fallback. Specific frameworks and runtimes are operational detail.
Domain Module (Hexagonal Architecture)
Clean-architecture domain module: Domain (Asset, Metrics, Ports) → Adapters (Fundamentals, On-Chain, Market, Security, Regulatory, ESG data providers) → Use Cases (Assessment, Scoring) → Delivery (HTTP handlers). Dependency inversion ensures testability and data-source agnosticism.
Infrastructure
Production deployment behind a hardened reverse proxy with TLS termination. API and WebSocket surfaces are exposed only to authorised integrations; the SPA is served from a built static bundle. Vendor and provider API keys are managed exclusively through environment variables. Production access is private and released under NDA. Specific hosting provider, ports, and environment-variable names are operational detail.
S7 · Security · compliance · audit trail
CORS · CSP · rate limit · secrets · audit trail.
- CORS — production whitelist restricts API access to authorised origins only
- Content Security Policy — separate CSP policies for SPA context and report rendering (TradingView iframes require different directives)
- Rate Limiting — request throttling per IP / client to prevent abuse and ensure fair resource allocation
- Security Headers —
X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff,X-Frame-Options: DENY,Referrer-Policy: strict-origin-when-cross-origin - Secrets Management — all third-party and inference API keys stored exclusively in environment variables; never committed to source control
- Audit Trail — every analysis, report generation, and ARIN export is logged with timestamp, source data version, and model identifiers for regulatory compliance
S9 · Related · seven production modules
One module of seven. All export to the ARIN council.
Digital Assets Analytics is one of seven production modules in the Sovereign Risk Infrastructure. All modules export to the ARIN Platform for unified cross-domain verdicts: Global Risk Intelligence (physical-financial digital twins), Risk Analyzer (portfolio VaR / CVaR), Investment Analytics (equity research), News Analytics (narrative intelligence), ARIN (22-agent council), and KOKON (control plane & 7th callable operator endpoint). When sub-second risk math is required, modules call the ARIN22 deterministic kernel (US-registered name; class-routed, CRN-anchored at the 99.9 tail, MC-challenger-backed). Kernel correctness validates on commodity ARM CPU at ~99 µs single kernel call, constant from D = 4 synthetic to D = 200 on real portfolios with no degradation; GPU is for batch scale — no GPU lock-in. See the full Platform overview.
