Platform Overview · 01 / 04
What is Scientific Analytics Alliance?
Scientific Analytics Alliance (SAA) builds the Sovereign Risk Infrastructure – an integrated, institutional-grade ecosystem of seven production modules covering portfolio risk analytics, physical-financial digital twins, narrative intelligence, equity & cross-asset research, descriptive digital-asset risk research, an AI decision council with 20 domain agents and one Governor (ARIN), and a forensic governance substrate (KOKON). The platform is designed for global banks, insurers, asset managers, regulators, and sovereign-level institutions that require deterministic, auditable risk math at sub-millisecond latency. NVIDIA Inception Program member.
What is the “Sovereign Risk Infrastructure”?
The Sovereign Risk Infrastructure is SAA’s positioning name for an end-to-end risk platform that eliminates the trade-off between speed and auditability. At its core: the proprietary ARIN22 deterministic kernel for sub-millisecond VaR / CVaR revaluation; the ARIN council with 20 domain agents and one Governor for cross-domain verdict consensus under NeMo Guardrails; and the KOKON forensic governance substrate for operational-loss evidence, doctrine gaps, HMAC-signed audit trail and human-in-the-loop oversight. Six product modules feed analytical data into the council; KOKON remains the seventh private operator endpoint for regulator-readable governance evidence.
What are the seven production modules?
(1) ARIN – central decision council with 20 domain agents, one Governor and RAG-backed Hydra Ontology (142,169,117 entity nodes · 448,955,577 relationships · 9,119,676 RAG chunks; 142.17 M / 448.96 M / 9.12 M; snapshot updated Aug 25, 2026). (2) Global Risk Intelligence – physical-financial digital twins with 8 strategic analysis modules. (3) News Analytics – 12 narrative-intelligence agents with Impact Graph. (4) Risk Analyzer – multi-method VaR / CVaR engine, primary client of ARIN22. (5) Investment Analytics – 6-axis equity & cross-asset research. (6) Digital Assets Analytics – descriptive risk research with class-weighted SAA-1 to SAA-6 proprietary research grades, not credit ratings. (7) KOKON – forensic governance, doctrine-gap evidence, and release-managed calibration.
Who are typical institutional users?
Global systemically important banks (G‑SIBs), regional banks, insurance companies (especially global reinsurers), asset managers, infrastructure funds, REITs, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, hedge funds, and government / regulatory agencies requiring SR 11‑7 / OCC 2011‑12 model risk practice, Basel III backtesting, and EU AI Act / DORA-aligned governance. Public access is provided for analytical demonstration. Institutional integrations and on-premises deployments are gated by an integration NDA and counterparty review, including KYC/AML where applicable. Digital Assets Analytics plans are self-serve monthly research subscriptions and do not involve KYC/AML checks.
Validation & Methodology · 02 / 04
How is the ARIN22 deterministic kernel validated?
ARIN22 has been validated against an external Monte Carlo reference under the canonical Enterprise Wave evidence pack: 8,800 cases per backend, 8.8 B paths per backend, 0 execution failures, and CVaR99.9 max 0.035% versus a 10M-path MC reference. Acceptance battery Aug 2026: 160/160 cells within the 5% envelope vs a 100M-path reference · median |error| 0.0156% · REVIEW_ONLY, pending production re-run. External TCPD benchmark: rank 4/15 (CI95 1-7), research adapter, replayable by third parties. Additional lanes include D=200 high-dimensional GPU/CPU parity, good-class holdout checks, EVT overlay diagnostics, and sampler-stability controls; precise per-scenario numerics and run SHA are released under NDA. Public methodology is summarized in the methodology; detailed per-scenario packs are released under NDA.
How is ARIN22 different from Monte Carlo?
Monte Carlo is stochastic – different runs produce different verdicts because they sample the random distribution. ARIN22 is deterministic – given identical inputs it always returns the identical answer, because it is a deterministic kernel computation rather than a sampling procedure. This makes the kernel reproducible by definition (same input -> byte-identical output) and removes the source of variance that breaks SR 11‑7 / OCC 2011‑12 reproducibility audits. Speedup vs MC is regime-dependent; the public single-portfolio measured row shows 1.12 ms vs an 11-minute 10M-path MC at matched accuracy (-0.19%); portfolio-level multipliers are disclosed under NDA. ARIN22 is complementary to Monte Carlo, not a replacement – both engines run in production and are reconciled per verdict.
Do we need NVIDIA GPUs to run ARIN22?
No. ARIN22 deterministic risk-core validates identically on commodity ARM CPU at the kernel-call layer – ~99 µs single kernel call at D = 4; scaling is validated through D = 200 within published bands (0.035% canonical lane · p95 0.28% / max 0.90% D=200 lane). Validated on a synthetic Tier-1 sovereign-heavy bank book with high-correlation sanctioned-state exposure (per OFAC / UN sanctions lists). The 8×H100 NVIDIA Innovation Lab stack is layered on top for batch throughput at Enterprise Wave scale (8.8 B paths per backend · 8,800 cases per backend · 0 execution failures). Kernel correctness is CPU-bound; GPU is for production scale-up. No GPU lock-in. Every result is stamped with hardware fingerprint and run SHA for replay across environments. Detailed benchmark numbers (precise µs, speedup×, q999%, hardware fingerprint, run SHA) are released to bank model-risk under NDA only.
What does “US trademark” mean for ARIN22?
U.S. trademark applications for SAA Alliance™ (Serial No. 99733491) and ARIN22™ (Serial No. 99768863), International Class 042, are scheduled for publication for opposition on September 22, 2026. Neither mark is claimed as registered. The ARIN22 name is public and may appear in UI, marketing, decks and customer-facing material. The kernel implementation (method derivation, per-module specialization, internal algorithm class) is a protected trade secret of Scientific Analytics Alliance Inc., with provisional patent filings in preparation covering: the deterministic 99.9 tail kernel · the decision-evidence cryptographic spine · the multi-stage release validator · the hash-chained backtest harness. The DRCET protocol itself remains deliberately unpatented and public; filings in preparation cover kernel implementation only. Three-tier disclosure governs precise numerics: TIER 1 (public, this site) carries general phrasings and disclosed public validation bands only; TIER 2 (under NDA) carries precise speedup multipliers, hardware fingerprint and run SHA; TIER 3 (under signed engagement) carries method derivation and per-module specialization.
How does SAA prevent LLM hallucination?
Three independent layers: (a) In the ARIN council, NVIDIA NeMo Guardrails enforces factuality, safety and compliance constraints on agent output (NVIDIA-vendor stack, not a homebrew prompt-filter). In Digital Assets Analytics, every number is computed by the math core; the LLM only drafts narrative text, which is checked against the computed figures before release and cannot set or change a number. (b) The sovereignty fallback chain uses internal routing across frontier reasoning, alternate reasoning, and local quantised fallback models; specific model selections are operational detail and are not disclosed publicly. (c) The proprietary 7-rule math-to-narrative audit engine blocks specific failure modes – Cascade Amplification, SPOF Fabrication, Regime Fabrication, Severity Escalation, Downplay-in-Critical, Polarity Inversion, Cascade-Through-Zero – before any verdict is committed.
Are verdicts reproducible? What is in the audit trail?
Yes. Every verdict carries per-verdict provenance (input hash, agent assignments, LLM provider used, NeMo Guardrails clearance, ARIN22 kernel call ID, MC reference run ID, NeMo audit log) under HMAC-signed append-only storage in the KOKON forensic governance substrate. The platform enforces 5 Decision-Integrity Invariants: data immutability, append-only verdicts, no backflow, single exit, data freshness. Designed to satisfy SR 11‑7 / OCC 2011‑12 forensic reproducibility and EU AI Act Article 12 record-keeping requirements.
Security & Compliance · 03 / 04
What compliance frameworks does SAA cover?
The platform is aligned to institutional control expectations across: SOC 2 Type II in progress (independent audit planned; no report issued yet), GDPR / UK GDPR, ISO 27001 gap assessment, NIST CSF 2.0, DORA (EU 2022/2554), EU AI Act, SR 11‑7 / OCC 2011‑12 model risk management, and Basel III backtesting discipline. PCI DSS and FedRAMP are not claimed where not applicable. Readiness artefacts (SOC 2 readiness report, ISO 27001 gap summary, DORA pack) are released under NDA; no attestation is claimed before receipt. See security overview.
How is data hosted – on-prem, private cloud, or public?
Three deployment patterns are supported: (a) public cloud for the demonstration / evaluation tier (SAA-hosted on hardened infrastructure with TLS, structured logging, and HMAC audit trail); (b) private cloud for institutional production (customer-owned VPC, BYOK encryption, isolated tenancy); (c) on-premises for sovereign deployments (full-stack delivery including ARIN22 kernel, KOKON forensic governance substrate, and the ARIN council: 20 domain agents, one Governor). Hardware reference: NVIDIA H100 (80 GiB) DGX-class node, 8×H100 + 208 vCPUs + 1.83 TiB RAM.
Is the platform SR 11-7 / OCC 2011-12 / model-risk-management compliant?
The platform is architected for SR 11‑7 / OCC 2011‑12 model-risk-management discipline: (a) every model output is reproducible and audit-traceable; (b) validation is performed under explicit two-regime quality gating (bulk vs chokepoint-tail); (c) independence-of-validation is preserved by the multi-LLM fallback chain (no single-vendor lock-in); (d) ongoing monitoring is enforced via the KOKON forensic governance substrate and the 5 Decision-Integrity Invariants. Customers retain ultimate compliance responsibility – SAA provides the model-risk infrastructure, not the regulatory submission.
Are agent decisions traceable to specific human review?
Yes. Human-in-the-loop (HITL) escalation is enforced by KOKON for any verdict that hits one of the configurable triggers: confidence threshold breach, novel-scenario flag, regulator-tagged entity, override request, or compliance-officer review. Every escalation produces a signed reviewer attestation that becomes part of the verdict provenance. Designed for institutional governance committees, internal audit, and regulator-facing forensic review.

No. It provides descriptive research and risk analytics computed from public market data, not investment advice, recommendations or trading signals. It does not provide allocation or trade guidance, assess suitability, or execute trades. SAA does not hold or transfer client funds or custody digital assets.
What does each Digital Assets plan include?
Each plan includes the preceding plan’s features. Free provides Analysis on BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP and LTC without an account. Standard adds single-asset research – View Detailed Analysis (Dossier View), Risk Kernel, Ecosystem Impact, Scenario & Threshold and Generate Institutional Report (5 per month) – on the free five assets plus up to 10 SAA-qualified assets. It also includes 1 portfolio of up to 10 assets and single-asset what-if risk scenarios. Factor & Dependence and Portfolio What-if are included in Pro+. Four-eyes review requires an organization reviewer seat, available by arrangement, and is not included automatically in Pro+.
Stablecoins are excluded from coverage. Operator and governance functions are not part of any plan. Each account is for one named user; credentials must not be shared. Simulations place no orders and provide no allocation guidance, suitability assessment or trade execution.
What counts towards my monthly report allowance?
Standard includes 5 new institutional reports and Pro 20 per calendar month measured in UTC. Pro+ includes unlimited reports. Free does not include institutional reports. Reopening or downloading an already generated report does not consume another report, and the HTML and PDF versions of the same result are not separate generations. A generation that fails or is rejected for insufficient data does not count.
Why is a report unavailable for an asset?
Reports are available for SAA-qualified assets within your plan’s coverage. An asset is SAA-qualified when it passes SAA’s qualification gate: verified identity, a ratified class framework and at least 75% evidence coverage. Assets still in qualification are shown as unavailable. Stablecoins are excluded. An asset rejected for insufficient data is shown as unavailable and does not consume a report from your allowance.
What do WITHHELD, N/A and review-only mean?
When data is insufficient, a figure is withheld rather than invented. Some analytics are review-only diagnostics, not validated forecasts. These labels describe the evidence boundary; removing a caveat does not turn a diagnostic into a validated model.
Why is the regulatory score missing for some assets?
The Regulatory Scope category is scored only from an evidence-backed record: US product-level status, EU MiCA status and direct asset-level sanctions, each traced to a primary source (SEC filings, the ESMA MiCA register). Without such a record the category is NOT ASSESSED and carries no points, never a favourable default. Records are re-checked quarterly.
Why is Network Activity not in the score?
Network Activity measures network usage: active originating addresses and native economic transfer volume from public explorers. Its measurement contract is being finalised. Until it is ratified, both measures are shown as diagnostics and Network Activity is withheld from the composite; the remaining category weights renormalise.
How many research portfolios can I save?
Standard includes 1 portfolio of up to 10 assets. Pro includes up to 5 active portfolios with up to 20 assets each. Pro+ includes unlimited portfolios with up to 30 assets each. Free does not include portfolios. Capacity for organization services is agreed separately. Portfolios store your research inputs, including names, assets and weights. They do not create brokerage accounts, hold assets or execute allocations.
Which digital-asset data sources are used?
Market data is retrieved from CoinGecko through a paid API subscription. Other market and exchange sources include Kraken, Coinbase, Bitstamp, OKX, Bybit, Deribit, CoinLore, DefiLlama, L2BEAT and Alternative.me. Blockchain explorers include Blockscout, Etherscan, TronGrid, TzKT, Mintscan and other public explorers. Security: GoPlus contract scans. Regulatory evidence: SEC EDGAR filings and the ESMA MiCA register. Portfolios are processed by SAA’s own Risk Analyzer.
Powered by CoinGecko · Data provided by CoinGecko
Feed availability, delays and history affect what can be computed. Missing evidence stays visible as N/A or WITHHELD.
How is my Digital Assets account data handled?
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never in plaintext, and you can add a passkey as a second factor. Saved portfolios are isolated by account owner, and monthly report counters enforce plan limits. Scenario inputs and archived Workspace results are associated with your account and portfolio. Sessions use authentication cookies and browser token storage. Account emails are sent through Amazon SES. SAA does not sell personal data. See the Privacy Policy for providers, retention and requests to access, correct or delete your data.
How do I cancel a paid plan?
Standard, Pro and Pro+ subscriptions are sold by Scientific Analytics Alliance Inc. and renew monthly until cancelled. To cancel or request a refund, write to support@saa-alliance.com preferably from the email address of your account, identifying the subscription. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. A cancellation received before renewal stops that charge even if our acknowledgement follows later. Access continues until the end of the paid period unless statutory withdrawal, termination or an agreed refund ends it earlier. A refund request is separate from cancellation. There is no voluntary money-back guarantee or refund for unused time merely because you cancel renewal. Verified duplicate charges, charges after effective cancellation and qualifying prolonged outages are covered by our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain available. Where EU withdrawal rights apply, immediate access does not itself waive them; only a lawful proportionate charge for service supplied may be deducted when the required express request and information are in place. Rights attached to earlier purchases remain protected. See the Terms of Use. For assistance, contact support@saa-alliance.com. Separately contracted organization services follow their signed agreement.
